1 to 1 Care are a local, family-owned independent private home care agency in South Oxfordshire, that have been providing outstanding home care support to vulnerable adults since 2004. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (the care sector regulator), approved home care providers to Oxfordshire County Council since 2005, and Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust since 2004.
1 to 1 Care have an excellent reputation for providing reliable care at home with sensitivity and empathy. Our domiciliary care team have significant experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex care needs, which includes Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, and Multiple Sclerosis.
The empathy and sensitivity of our care team extends naturally to supporting both clients and their families during the period of care. We endeavour to support in close liaison with local hospices, NHS Continuing Care, GPs, Marie Curie, and other Health Care Professionals to ensure the clients best interests and wishes are met as appropriately and sensitively as possible.
1 to 1 Care also support many clients that need a little extra regular support at home in South Oxfordshire, to help them maintain their independence and stay safe in their own home for as long as possible. This is often driven by family that require peace of mind that someone who cares, is keeping an eye on their loved ones in the modern hectic world.
We receive fantastic feedback from our clients and their families, and regular compliments from the NHS, District Nurses, and Social Workers.
