A Better Medway helps local people make health choices around being active, healthy eating, alcohol and drug awareness, smoking, mental and sexual health. Under the banner of A Better Medway, we work with individuals, businesses and the community as a whole to help us understand what health improvement services are needed and how best to deliver them - be it in a community venue, a workplace setting or through one-to-one activities and visits.
