I have been a carer for Advanced Foster Care for the last 2 years, and previously a carer using my local authority for around 6 years before this. I would not go back or use another agency. Not only do I get paid more, I also get really fantastic support which is so important as a carer. Knowing that in any difficult situation, which can be regularly, they are only a phone call away is so reassuring. I am so grateful for everything they have done to help me.
