I am a self employed architectural designer with 34 years experience specialising in house extensions, loft conversions, new build etc.
I offer a full FREE initial half hour advice, detailed design, drawing work with full planning and building regulations Liaison service.
I have been self employed since 2001 and prior to that I worked for the local authority as a building renewals officer in housing action areas. This involved property surveying on run down property within the borough of Trafford. I was also involved in drawing up working drawing plans for all works required within these areas. This generally involved extensions, structural rebuilds and internal refurbishments.
