We booked Andrew Coleman (the owner of PictureU) to photograph our wedding. On the day, someone who we had never met or heard of turned up instead. He told us that Andrew was ill in bed in 'overwhelming pain' with a slipped disc. The resulting photographs were of a poor standard - not at all professional. We complained but got nowhere. Andrew's replies to our letters were aggressive and patronising and showed a total lack of customer care. We eventually discovered that he was not ill in bed at all, but was photographing another wedding elsewhere (despite them having booked a few months after us). We have a full file of evidence showing exactly where he was that day. We ended up having to pursue him through the small claims process in order to get a refund. Over the course of nearly nine months this man and his staff told us a complete pack of lies.
