Kaizen Karate Club was established in 2012 and is dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate. Sensei Keith Burns, 5th Dan Black belt has over 30yrs experience teaching beginners of all ages.Our Karate Club was established in 2012. Instruction is provided by senior KUGB black belts all of which are CRB checked and affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain (KUGB), Britain's largest, longest established and most successful single-style Karate Association
