When we started our company back in 1975 we had one aim. To get landlords the maximum rental income on their property and provide the best social housing available. We began in North London, partnering with local landlords to help them fix up their properties, before introducing them to our rent guarantee scheme and using our relationships with local authorities with a high demand for suitable properties.
