Our vision is very clear, we don’t believe in the word BAME. Our mission is concise, we aim to use the word to symbolize full inclusivity - therefore shaping its overall meaning. We are a forward-thinking, revolutionary agency with a focus on providing wonderful humans for wonderful campaigns across the world. We specialize in models and actors. The agency was founded by Marcus Flemmings in 2016, organically evolving his previous agency which focused on South Asian models in the UK into a far reaching project.
