- Manningtree Railway Station 3 mins by car, A12 to A137 finds Manningtree itself, with Stanstead Airport less than 1hr, Harwich & Felixstowe ports approx 1/2 hr.

- The lounge is an original oak beamed cottage style room with great character as the centre of Beaches. A peaceful room with Inglenook there is also TV, DVD/CD.

- Visitors from Holland and nearby Europe will find 'Beaches' the perfect base or stopover for a cycling holiday, with private garden to keep bicycles.

- The property is all on a single floor, although there are 2/3 steps in and out of some rooms.

- Sandy Beach just 10yrds away, build sand castles with the kids, watch sailing on the river
