I am Paul Heseltine, and I have beaten crippling Osteoarthritis, a disease that affects an estimated 8.5 million people in the UK.
Just over three years after my diagnosis I am drug, surgery and most importantly, pain free!
My website tells my story of how I changed and adopted nutrition, exercise and energy healing therapy, and how when combined they helped me overcome Osteoarthritis.
I hope to inform and inspire people, and help them realise that beating a degenerative disease such as Osteoarthritis is not just a dream.
