Hi I am Graeme founder of Body Zen. To say I am passionate about massage is an understatement and the joy that I get from offering bespoke massage therapy is impossible to describe in words. I take great pleasure in providing treatments that releases muscular tension, reduces pain, relieves tension and stress and greatly enhances range of motion (ROM). I am also a qualified mental health nurse with over ten-year experience so I like to think the treatments I offer are holistic and cater for both the mind and body as my training has taught me they are inseparable. In addition to this, in my humble opinion, my empathy drives me to help and heal people and I hope my caring and compassionate demeanour will put you at ease, should you wish to engage with Body Zen Therapy.
