CAPE was founded by Naomi and Lynsey, who bring over 35 years of commercial leadership experience. As International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coaches, they combine deep technical knowledge with energy, creativity, and real-world expertise—no fluff, just real impact. They have partnered with more than 30 founder-led organisations, helping them align people strategies with business goals.
Outside of CAPE, you’ll find them supporting their families on the sidelines of a football pitch, braving cold water swims, pushing limits at boot camps, and balancing it all with a well-earned glass of wine!
