Each time we quote we first consider quality of item. This determines take up rate and ROI. Your reputation depends on providing quality products, and we will work hard to ensure you have an item that is both high quality and good value that will appeal to your target market based on our experience in the industry dating back to 1999. When we quote we also consider lead times and stock levels, giving you the date you would need to order for an event, and provide pricing as simple, single rate costs rather than adding hidden extras. We provide samples and visuals to remove the guesswork, to demonstrate how the final result will look, and help you appreciate the quality of the item. We look at print areas, to make sure that your design will fit in the area, and not be too cramped or hard to see. We believe in good, old fashioned customer service, we’d rather spend an extra hour working things out than cut corners and leave questions half answered, or not followed up on.
