Chit Chaat started as a homemade food catering service in 2018 by Shikha Chadha who is very passionate about cooking and whipping up something yummylicious in her kitchen.
Shikha believes that a healthy yet finger licking dishes can be prepared by using very little spices and oil.
Shikha, who is originally from Amritsar in India brings in the flavours of the food capital of Punjab in North India. She has been providing bespoke catering for small intimate get togethers to big parties & events in London and surrounding areas. Her dishes provide the quintessential taste of
‘maa ke haath ka khaana” (food prepared with mother’s love) as she brings with her time tested recipes of scrumptious home cooked dishes passed down from generations.
Chit Chaat has now arrived in Barnet as it’s flagship restaurant, fulfilling Shikha’s dream of entertaining her guests with the authentic flavours from North India!
