Our menu has been lovingly created by our talented Head Chef with over 20 years’ experience and together with the General Manager will oversee the service to ensure a truly unforgettable dining experience.
With over 20 years' of experience, our chef will supervise the selection of all ingredients including our Japanese Wagyu beef. Our meat is sourced from grass-fed cows reared by carefully selected farmers from across Argentina, Australia, Spain, Scotland and Japan to ensure it is of the best quality and cut. All food is prepared fresh for every order and wherever possible, local and organic.
