If I could give 0 stars I would. please please do not let these people into your home or workplace. Where do I start?! Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
Pre-paid for a 1 hour deep oven clean, valid from Feb 9th. From that point tried for almost a month to get in touch to arrange a time, by phone and webform. Nothing. Finally got through to someone who took my details. Another 2 Weeks. Nothing.
Then I get a phonecall from a man who can barely speak English at 10:15 on a Wednesday morning telling me he's coming at 11:30!! I.tell him no but that I can manage 12:30 and he agrees. 15:30 and noshow, no phonecall. Eventually he calls asking for directions, the first of 9 phonecalls!! My house is v easy to find. It is on google maps, just off the dual carriageway, on a huge development you can see from all directions. but because this guy can't speak English and is apparently also devoid of any intelligence he's just driving round like a headless chicken shouting road names at me.
So he gets here in a banged up car carrying a bucket and a can of oven cleaner. He's here for 20 minutes. the oven is still filthy at the end but he makes excuses and leaves anyway.
So my 1 hour deep clean didn't happen and I could have done a better job myself with a can of mr muscle for a fraction of the price.
But it gets worse. 2 days later I put on a wash, and the stuff comes out stained black in places and stinking of 'burnt'. My washing machine is near my bin and on further inspection I find the crap that was scraped off my oven scattered carelessly behind the bin. The same residue that is in my washing machine.
So thanks crystal for ruining over £50 worth of clothing items. I would ring to complain but after my experience I don't see the point.
They should be ashamed. I'll be giving my business to reputable companies run by british people from now on.
