I could never leave my house without the alarm on so when one morning I had a problem with it before work I completely panicked. Could not get a hold of the people who fitted the alarm so looked online and called CTB Alarms. From that first phone conversation to an engineer being with me the same day, the service was perfect. Had an alarm fitted last week. Was very pleased with the service and work that was carried out. Furthermore I got to the airport the next day and realised id forgot to put the alarm on. What a god send that I could set the alarm using my phone!!!!! Thank you for your services.
Thank you so much to everyone at CTB Alarms for being so wonderful in my time of panic! I was due to go on holiday and the day before there was a problem with my alarm, there was no way I could go away without my alarm being on and working! I called around and finally spoke to CTB alarms who were just fantastic. Knowing my dilemma they got an engineer to me straight away and my alarm was up and running again in no time. Many thanks for sorting my granddads alarm I wasn't able to make the appointment so worry about him being alone when people are coming round, however, he said the engineers where very helpful and friendly, he was very impressed. Only had an alarm fitted last week by another company and already had a problem with it. I called and called the company who fitted it and could not get through for someone to come and fix it (even though its under warranty!!!!!!!) after hours of trying and stressing I gave CTB alarms a call and they couldn't have been more helpful. I own a letting agency and have been using CTB alarms now for a few months on various properties. Always impressed and pleased with the work they carry out, the customer service and the overall attitude from all the staff. Most recently had a fault at a property. Katie was very helpful over the phone and got an engineer out to the property quickly. The engineers were efficient and friendly as always. Will use in the future for any security work that is needed. 10/10.
