We specialise in fast turnaround fire risk assessments. We know this can hold up licensing, the sale of property and even invalidate your insurances/accreditation. We can frequently provide a same day inspection and fire risk assessment report.
We work to the guidelines provided by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 as well as schemes such as the Fire Door Inspector Scheme, along with independent membership of the assessors to various fire safety bodies such as The Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE).
We were founded to provide an independent, ethical and honest fire risk consultancy without the bias and sales targets provided by many other fire safety providers - this is how we set ourselves apart from the other providers, and ensure compliance, and not sales is at the forefront of our philosophy.
