Company description
DJ Alloy Wheel Refurbishment can reproduce a Diamond Cut finish on our state of the art CNC Turning Lathe. Diamond cutting is a very precise process and takes longer to reproduce than a typical powder coated alloy wheel. The refurbishment of diamond cut wheels is impossible to do as a painted repair and in most mobile cases as it requires the use of a CNC lathe. In todays market a lot of manufactorers fit diamond cut alloys to their vehicles from factory as well as aftermarket brands also producing the same CNC finishes. They are a desirable, shiny wheel finish, which can be applied to the full face and lip of the wheel and are combined with 100's of different colours. A number of spectacular finishes can be achieved in our workshop. Customers who have diamond cut alloys on their vehicle may wish to repair their damaged alloys to maximise the resale value, as well as taking pride in their vehicles apperance. During the repair process, the small scuffs and scratches are removed to ensure a flawless factory finish once again.
Diamond cutting involves removing a thin layer of alloy from the wheel using state of the art specialist CNC lathing equipment. Diamond cut wheels can only be refurbished a number of times as too much alloy would eventually be removed causing the integraty of the alloy to be comprimised. With our specialist in house diamond cutting lathe, we will provide you with the highest quality finish in the quickest turnaround time. Diamond cutting can be applied to the full face and lip of the wheel, combined with an application of a variety of colours, we can produce some spectacular finishes.
