Wouldn't even give them one star . Booked for daughter's 7th birthday party yesterday. They didn't show up. No explanation.Not returning calls or emails . So I had 20 kids, many of whom were crying, in a huge hall for two hours with nothing to entertain them . It was hell. They have my deposit. I spent a fortune in racing car party bags, cakes, table decs etc - was hugely embarrassing explains to guests that there were no go karts and trying to comfort my distraught daughter .
