- Will I get the same cleaner each time?
- Yes, unless you ask us to change the cleaner. We can also provide cover for times when your cleaner is on holiday/sick etc. if you require?
- Are your cleaners vetted?
- Our cleaners are fully vetted: we take 2 references and 2 forms of ID from ALL cleaners. Our cleaners are interviewed in their own homes.
- Are your cleaners paid a fair wage?
- Our cleaners are all self employed which allows us to pay them a fair wage and keep our costs down to our customers.
- Do you provide insurance cover?
- All our cleaners are fully covered for public liability and accidental damage.
