I seriously regret employing Falcon Windows to replace the windows and doors and fascias in my new home. The instillation was a nightmare with moody fitters, poorly organised supplies and arrogant responses from the management. No consideration was given to my comfort whilst the work was carried out with my bedroom left open to the elements overnight, forcing me to sleep in the freezing cold. After four days work was suspended due to supply delays and not completed for seven weeks. Work was eventually completed but I was left with a with a manufacturing fault on one window, doors which needed adjustment and fascias that were missing trims.
Worst of all was the arrogant attitude of the fitters and managers of the company who responded to my complaint with excuse after excuse and constant reference to the fact that I didn't understand the building trade (as I am a women presumably).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
