- The restaurant is one of Brightons best and most popular restaurants will open its second in drakes. Brighton born Head Chef and Gingerman proprietor Ben McKellar has designed an innovative modern European menu for the 40 cover restaurant and private dining room for 10. Adjacent to the restuarant, a chefs table and private dining room seating up to 10 diners in full view of the kitchen is perfect for those dining alone or for a special occasion.
