I bought a few t-shirts and shirts from eazzee, although good quality clothing and reasonable quick delivery. The problem I had was that all shirts where far to big, I've order M and did receive M, however they are huge! I rang them, and had a "pleasure" to speak to Simon, the owner. The gay didn't even really wanted to listen what I was to say, he simply hang on. I rang him back and what he said? He said "i'm not interested in talking to you! I will email you". What a joke!
End of the day I lost £60 he got his sell, well done. His argument was that "Please note the size on the website says to fit a 40” chest not that they are 40” wide so they were never going to be 40” width"
Fair enough!, but your haven't put that IMPORTANT comment on your website!!! This should be explained! The manufacturer, the UNEEK did it! you didn't! they have made it clear for their customers by adding this under size guide "All sizes are to fit chest/bust size and not the actual size of the garment"!!!!
To sum up, I wouldn't buy ever from Simon as his attitude and the way he did speak to me was simply unacceptable!!!
I wouldn't recommend his company, its simply all about the money... Not about us, customers.
