During your initial appointment you will fill in a medical questionnaire and a thorough clinical examination followed by radiographs and if necessary photographs will give us all the necessary information to decide your treatment plan. This will be followed by a detailed discussion on your dental treatment options and if another dentist referred you for treatment with us, a letter will be sent to your dental practice to keep them updated.
