Unveiled in the autumn of 2012, Galvin Brasserie de Luxe was the second Scottish restaurant from Michelin-starred chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin. Modelled on their first London venture, Bistrot be Luxe on Baker Street, the spacious brasserie offers a slice of Paris in the heart of Edinburgh. With a theatrical crustacea showcase forming part of the large, central bar, the Brasserie oozes joie de vivre making it a great meeting place for families, colleagues and friends.
