Really disappointed with this place. I had micro rings put in for 260 - was really excited but after one wash, being so gentle with the hair they are dry, coarse and if I put them in a pony tail they stick out by themselves. I haven't used heat on them and have been brushing gently holding my roots and using good non suphate shampoo and an intensive conditioner and within 5 days 17 of the pieces fell out. They're supposed to be 100% remy european hair - i've had clip-ins that were better quality.
I gave them a chance to fix it before I left any bad reviews but they were rude, and unhelpful. It's just not good enough. I've never been compelled to write a bad review before so I don't take this lightly.
Your's might work out well girls but I wouldn't risk your hard earned cash with this place - there are more honest salons out there who understand the importance of customer service. I'm just going to have to take them out. 260 pounds lost and nothing to show for it.
