Energy Innovation Corridor was established in 2010 to provide Energy Performance Certificates and Floor Plans to the domestic property market in and around Lancashire. Due to numerous requests over recent months from Private Landlords and Property Management companies, Energy Innovation Corridor has now extended the level of service it provides. In order to satisfy the changes in customer requirements Energy Innovation Corridor can provide assessors who are registered with a government approved Accreditation Scheme. Along with our partners we can now offer to arrange Commercial EPC's on Business premises. The company is owned and operated by Alexander Reeves, who's personal goal is to offer an efficient, professional and speedy service, whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all clients. We work with: Landlords, Estate Agents, Private Home Sellers, Solicitors and other Property Professionals.

We provide work completed by fully Qualified and Accredited Independent Domestic Energy Assessors. These professionals are trained and qualified to industry standards and hold full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. Our contractors are registered with a government approved Accreditation Scheme, therefore, in addition to Criminal Records Bureau checks you can be assured of peace of mind when instructing Essex Domestic Energy Assessors to provide your Energy Performance Certificate, prepare your Floor Plan or conduct a Legionella Risk Assessment. The EPC's, Floor Plans and Legionella Risk Assessments produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price.
