Once you have replaced the dll file, launch the actual software or video game again. You will see if the error message comes up once more. If it still asks for exactly the same file, try rebooting your personal computer and if it doesn't resolve it, then copy msvcr100.dll in the program or game's installation directory in the Program Files folder.
