The Flotek Swansea office wasn’t just our first acquisition; it’s the birthplace of our ambition and the cornerstone of our success. Acquiring Gower Business Systems from Mark Wyatt and Mark Bowling in August 2022 was not just a business move, but the inaugural chapter in a transformative journey which allowed Flotek to be a Swansea-based IT Provider specialising in the legal and professional services sector.
We subsequently acquired several reputable companies in Swansea, including Cloud9ine Communications, a leading data cabling contractor that initiated our esteemed contracts with NHS Trusts in Wales. Additionally, we took over Saecom and Liberty Telecom, both of which are reliable telecommunications firms in the local community.
