Fylde Care Group currently has three beautiful homes, Rose House, Bluebell House and Hedges House
Our aim is to support you and your loved ones by offering respite care, short stay, holiday cover and longer-term residential care. We strive to be flexible with our approach as we understand that finding the right care home can make all the difference to family and loved ones.
We are also able to provide dedicated dementia support, we recognise taking the time to get to know our residents, helps our residents to continue to live a fulfilled life.
Our staff teams are trained to care for our residents with all aspects of daily living such as medication management, personal care, hygiene needs and mobilising.
Activities are an important part of our care! Getting to know our residents is the most important part of our role as a caring residential care home. We deem it is key to start from the beginning, understanding family, working life, hobbies, and interests, so we can tailor make our home experience to perfectly suit our residents.
