Gap HR Services is an HR Consultancy setup by HR expert Carolyne Wahlen, with the express aim of helping small businesses. Gap HR offer expert HR support on an outsourcing basis to companies that do not require an in-house HR Manager.
Gap HR's clients have remained 100% tribunal free for over 10 years now (and that’s only because GAP HR started business in 2003. In other words, they’ve NEVER had a client EVER go to tribunal!). They are the only HR specialist in Oxfordshire that can say this!
Your “to do” list gets shorter, as Gap HR does it all for you, paperwork, advice, research, etc.
You keep a good working relationship with your staff, because Gap HR are the “bad guys” when it comes to disciplinaries, redundancies, etc.
You WILL stay 100% tribunal free – providing, of course, that you use one of Gap HR's protective HR packages this year.
