Gluten Free Delices specialises in wheat free cakes baked in a traditional way. We create exceptionally scrumptious gluten and wheat free cakes using only the finest ingredients. Our cakes are hand crafted in small batches using fresh seasonal fruits when available, free range eggs and organic luxury gluten free chocolate. All our baked treats are hand baked with care without wheat or flour. We replace these ingredients with alternatives such as buckwheat, rice, corn meal, almond flours, fresh fruits, and nuts. We do not use any oats.
