AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!! I WANTED TO have a full head of highlights done, absolutely no yellow tones, and no roots, the girl who did my hair (KAT) was terrible. Even half way trough my hair I said WHY ARE YOU DOING FULL HEAD OF COLOUR - I ASKED OF FOR HIGHLIGHTS!!! SHE SAID This is how she does it and reassured my it going to be ok.... Ended up looking very patchy, bright yellow, 1cm roots, and just AWFUL!!!Worst hair I have ever had Went there next day to complain, the Manager couldnt care less, NO APOLOGY!! She could clearly see how awful it was, she has ZERO customer service, interest in customer satisfaction. OLIVIA who fixed my hair was lovely but my hair still doesnt look right. I dont understand how manager can be so ignorant and not even say one single sorry for the mistake! WILL MAKE sure all my friends, family and all my customers are aware of this place! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
