Company description
Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre (KMC) is the main north London Buddhist centre of the New Kadampa Tradition, located close to Golders Green tube and bus station. Its purpose is to offer people throughout London and surrounding areas the opportunity to learn about meditation and the practices of Kadampa Buddhism.
We offer weekly meditation classes at the Centre and at over 15 other London venues. The classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
The Centre also offers Buddhist retreats, study programmes and daily pujas or chanted prayers. These provide an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism through systematic study of books written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Heruka KMC is open to everyone to enjoy the meditation room, bookshop and garden, or to relax over a cup of tea. Please contact us for more information.
