Hiver Beers produces unique and distinctly flavoured honey beer, IPAs and ales which are all made using 'all British' ingredients. Using unpasteurised, raw honey encourages a dry and refreshing taste with a distinct aroma. Brewed here in the UK, Hiver uses Urban London, English Blossom, and Heather honey during fermentation and conditioning to produce a beer of medium body and low bitterness. In addition to the honey products available to buy online, Hiver also provides beekeeping experience days and tasting classes at their London taphouse.
