Homesdotcom have traded as a traditional estate agent under the name of Henley & Jones in Scarborough for the past five years. We were aware that 95% of our sales were directly via the internet so we recently gave up our high street office. The savings we make are passed on directly to our customers. We used to charge 1.50% commission but have reduced it to 0.50% and we have also introduced a special offer of a one-off payment of only £250. We give the same services that we used to give when charging higher fees. We advertise on major property portals such as Zoopla, FindAProperty, Primelocation, Globrix, numerous newspaper portals and many other smaller websites. Please see our Homesdotcom website for some of the websites we advertise on. We will take photographs of the property and produce a professional brochure. We will also provide a For Sale sign. We will arrange all viewings, give feedback of viewings, negotiate offers and should we succeed in selling we will arrange all the legal paperwork.
