Our Background househandlers was established over 7 years ago by me, a landlord myself. With that valuable insight and personal experience of the issues facing a landlord I founded househandlers to provide a level of service that was not really on offer in the market. After careful market research, I found that tenants searching for their next home don’t wander from one high street estate agent’s office to the next; they search online instead. Without investing in prestigious high street offices and flashy, branded cars but rather in an extensive on-line presence where tenants actually search for their next home, we have been able to keep our fees low.
How We Do It The need to understand your aims and aspirations is often overlooked within the property industry. Each landlord has different aspirations and concerns. To provide the service that the landlord wants we follow a systematic process. In an initial discovery meeting we will seek to understand your objectives, motivation and concerns, and evaluate the property for rental purposes within the context of the local market.
