HSQE Ltd was incorporated in 2002 by our Director and Principal Consultant, John Constable. John is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CMIOSH); Chartered Quality Professional (MCQI CQP); Chartered Environmentalist (MIEMA CEnv); Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI); and is on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultant’s Register (OSHCR).
