Ordered on line, finally received an email saying they couldn't get the item even though they'd taken the money from my account, and over 2 months on am still battling for a refund! Terrible customer service, next to no communication skills, DO NOT SHOP ESPECIALLY ON LINE! They refuse to answer my communications, have taken money with no intention of providing goods!
