We have extensive experience of arranging for funds through both equity and debt modes. Our specialty is in energy, but we have also completed several projects in Infrastructure, Technology, Telecom and Finance. Apart from fundraising, we also provide advisory services for mergers and acquisitions. The different financial arrangements we have done for clients include private placement of equity, share swaps, debt arrangement, acquisitions, disposals, mergers etc.
