- To complement our building operations, we also offer a complete gas and electrical service. Although not emergency we provide booked gas and electrical repairs and maintenance to domestic clients only.

- Kev's Property Maintenance are specialists in drainage maintenance and CCTV survey for domestic and commercial drainage systems. Headed up by our Director, the Drainage and Plumbing division are renowned for getting businesses back up and running when a drainage issue hits. Whether a blocked residential toilet or a burst water main causing chaos in the businesses car park, we carry the necessary equipment needed for all types of drainage and plumbing issues.
- Refurbishments
- Our property maintenance services extend onto full property renovations and refurbishments. Having our spectrum of complementary skills means we can undertake any project from start to finish, removing the need for extra complication and expense of separate contractors. Whether it be a ground floor extension for new bathroom or kitchen to a two-storey extension for extra living space. Within these works includes new plumbing, drainage and electrical re-wire.
