C.E.King Limited offers a diverse variety of King liquid filling machines handling both viscous and non-viscous products, foamy and problem products with a high degree of accuracy. We work extensively with many different companies within various industries, including pharmaceutical, animal & veterinary, healthcare, nutraceuticals, cosmetics & toiletries, personal care, food & drink, home & garden, automotive industries, and the e-cigarette sector. King Machinery also supplies a wide range of automatic pill and tablet counting machinery. Our semi-automatic tablet counters, like the King Dispenser Rx, offer simple operation, accurate repeatable tablet counting, and the ability to handle most shapes of tablets, caplets, dragees, and capsules. They are fully adjustable, quick to set up, and easy to clean, with speeds up to 2,000 tablets per minute, making them ideal for small to medium output pharmaceutical production.
Our automatic tablet counting machines, such as the King Technocount T8 and T12, are designed for high-speed, high-accuracy counting and filling of tablets and capsules. These machines can count up to 4,000 tablets or capsules per minute, with capacities of up to 10,000 units, and are suitable for medium to high output production. They feature an efficient container handling system to avoid spillage, a full visual readout of the quantity selected, count progress, and the number of containers filled, ensuring flexibility and reliability in production operations.
Additionally, King provides a variety of other packaging machinery, including bottle capping equipment, bottle unscrambling machinery, straight and side-flexing conveyor bottle transport systems, spare parts and accessories, second-hand and overhauled King packaging machines, upgrades for TB4, TB4S, TB5, TC8, and TC12 tablet counters, and custom-designed and manufactured pill slats for all types of tablets and capsules.
