Knowledge Through Growth C.I.C. (KTG) is a Community Interest Company that is dedicated to supporting individuals to grow their skills and achieve their career aspirations.
Helping individuals aged 16 + of all backgrounds, to gain quality accredited and non-accredited qualifications, information advice and guidance through Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Pre-Employment Training and standalone delivery or upskilling employees already in work.
We offer a free job brokerage service to employers to secure the right person for the job. We will support employers throughout the term of the apprenticeship or traineeship position.
We work in partnership with various organisations to ensure that our customers get a complete service.
