Launched in 2007, LABC Warranty works in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) to provide you with complete support for your structural warranty and building control needs. Whether your development is residential or non-residential, LABC Warranty have a range of structural warranties to suit you.
Our network of experienced, local surveyors work alongside your Building Control Surveyor, and will additionally review developments in accordance with our technical standards. More information on our technical standards can be found in our technical manual which is available to download for free.
We also work on providing joint system type pre-approval, acceptable by any local authority in England and Wales.
