I am a qualified Blue Badge Guide, and provide a professional guiding service operating throughout Cumbria and the Lake District. I hold the UK's highest level of accreditation for tourist guiding, and also have an Institute of Tourist Guiding qualification covering the whole of Cumbria and the area of Hadrian's Wall.
The spectacular landscape of the Lake District has a long and rich history, from Roman and Viking settlement through to providing the inspiration for the flowering of creative artists, writers and poets of the 18th and 19th centuries.
I delight in sharing my love and interest in the Lake District with you, our visitors, and enhancing your experience of this most beautiful part of England. I offer guided tours throughout the region, whether gentle walking tours or tours by coach and mini-bus. I work with coach tour companies, cruise liner groups and our many Japanese visitors.
