Likya Wines - Buy speciality boutique wine from Turkey in UK

I poped in waiting for my train to buy a bottle for my wife. The person there was very helpful in choosing the wine I wanted and indeed it was everything he said. We both enjoyed it very much over the dinner.

Terrible company. They have taken my money, not informed me of delivery etc. I've tried to contact them for several weeks, only got in contact with them once and they didn't even address my concerns. They stated that if you've sent an email, I'll respond to you that way. They haven't done this. I've left several messages, and some of their numbers to contact do not work. I'm wholly disappointed with their service and I'd strongly encourage you NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM if you don't wish to take a risk and receive the service I have.
