Ad Hoc provides extremely affordable accommodation to Property Guardians. Through the presence of Guardians vacant properties become protected against squatting and vandalism as they are no longer empty. Guardians pay very little to live in these buildings, in return they inform Ad Hoc of any problems, such as burst pipes, should they occure.
