Company description
All my cakes are home made using only the finest ingredients, sourced locally where ever possible.
You can choose from my Rich Moist Fruit Cake which is steeped with Brandy or if you prefer something lighter choose my Delicious Light Fruit Cake.
I provide a range of sponge cake flavours including: - Strawberry and Vanilla, Yummy Chocolate, Zingy Lemon, Moist Spiced Carrot and Coffee and Walnut.
All cakes can be covered with the covering of your choice; I work with Sugar Paste, Chocolate, Butter Cream and Royal Icing.
Some of my cakes do include nuts but these can be omitted on request and special dietary requirements can be catered for.
