Please don't buy a car from MW Car Sales Watford. We had similar issues that are far too lengthy to go into on here. He will promptly take your money then when a problem arises will lie and bu!!$hit to your face and change his mind about his promises and then become rude and aggressive. The finance company tried their best to help but with MW unwilling it would have involved expensive and drawn out legal action. As we urgently needed a reliable car to use I wrote it off to experience and walked away from the car with a sizeable hole in my wallet and a lesson learnt the hard way. Customer care is not a concept that MW Car Sales appear to be familiar with. Please be warned and drive straight past! A one star review is one too many ;-(
